Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines cover a broad range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including limitations related to vision, hearing, mobility, and cognition, and generally improve usability for all visitors.

Our accessibility efforts include:

• Structuring content with semantic headings and landmarks so it can be navigated with assistive technology.
• Providing sufficient color contrast between text and background across our black, gold, and violet visual palette.
• Ensuring interactive elements — navigation, forms, cart, and checkout — are operable by keyboard alone.
• Providing descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
• Labeling form fields clearly, including on account, checkout, and affiliate application forms.
• Testing key page templates and user flows, including product browsing and checkout, for accessibility issues on an ongoing basis.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. As we add features, update our catalog, and revise our design system, we work to maintain and improve conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA across the site.

Known Limitations

We ran a focused review of the areas most likely to affect assistive-technology and keyboard users — product-detail tab and accordion labeling, keyboard focus visibility on enhanced form controls, focus management in the site search dialog, and error identification on our contact and wholesale inquiry forms — and closed the first-party issues that review found. Accessibility work is ongoing, so this is a snapshot of a specific review rather than a guarantee that every part of the site has been audited. Where limitations remain, they are primarily in third-party components, such as payment processing interfaces, that we do not fully control. We are working to address any further gaps, first- or third-party, as they are identified.
