Research-Use Policy

PK Research Labs Research-Use Policy: products are sold strictly for qualified laboratory research, not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or treatment.

We’d rather be perfectly clear upfront than leave any room for doubt. PK Research Labs supplies research materials strictly for laboratory and research use — full stop. This policy explains what that means, who may purchase from us, what uses are prohibited, and how this is acknowledged as part of every order.

What “Research Use Only” Means

Every product offered by PK Research Labs is presented and sold as a research material — not as a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, food, or consumer product. “Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption” means the material is intended exclusively for use in a qualified laboratory, research, or analytical setting by individuals or organizations capable of handling it safely and appropriately for that purpose. It is not offered for use in or on humans or animals.

Who May Purchase

Our products are intended for purchase by:

Research laboratories and institutions.
Universities and academic research groups.
Qualified individual researchers conducting legitimate laboratory or analytical research.

Purchasers must be at least 21 years old. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for an eligible research purpose and have the knowledge, facilities, and safety practices required to handle research material responsibly and lawfully.

Prohibited Uses

Our products may not be used for, and we do not knowingly sell to customers intending:

Human consumption, ingestion, injection, or any form of self-administration.
Veterinary use, including administration to any animal.
Diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition in a human or animal.
Compounding, formulation, or resale as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, or food product.
Any use inconsistent with applicable law in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.

We do not provide dosing, administration, injection, or treatment guidance for any product, for any purpose, under any circumstance. Requests of this nature will not be answered by our support team.

Customer Acknowledgment at Checkout

Before completing checkout, customers must affirmatively acknowledge a research-use statement confirming that:

The customer is at least 21 years old.
The order is for lawful laboratory research.
The materials will not be used in humans or animals.
The customer accepts this Research-Use Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
The customer is responsible for confirming that purchase, possession, handling, and use are lawful in the applicable jurisdiction.

Orders cannot be completed without this acknowledgment.

Labeling and Documentation

Product listings display a research-use notice. Certificates of Analysis and Safety Data Sheets for a specific product and lot, where published, are available through the Documentation tab on that product’s page, or by request through our Contact page. Availability varies, and published records are not a substitute for a purchaser’s own institutional safety protocols.

Our Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decline to fulfill any order where we have reason to believe the intended use is inconsistent with this policy.
